Eager-graph budgets are report-only until a baseline is established. Sizes are gzip of public/**/*.js; eager size is webpack module source bytes for the modules actually shipped in the entrypoint's initial chunks (post-tree-shake).
- Updated package.json to include new prebuild scripts for generating brand assets. - Changed references in documentation and components from the old brand assets path to the new path. - Removed the obsolete company brand assets page and updated links across the handbook. - Deleted the sync-brand-assets script as it is no longer needed with the new asset management approach.
- Removed references to the `Logo` component from `@posthog/brand/logo` in multiple files. - Updated logo usage to directly reference SVG paths instead of the React component. - Adjusted related logic in `useCustomers` and other components to accommodate the changes.

- New scripts/generate-brand-assets.mjs materializes stable /brand/*.svg and PNG variants from the canonical @posthog/brand package before build/start (prebuild lifecycle hooks added in package.json), including a new square logomark canvas for avatar/integration use cases
- Removed the hand-maintained src/components/Logo, Home/images/Logomark, and CustomerLogos/PostHogLogo implementations now that @posthog/brand/logo is the single source of truth
- BrandLogos/index.tsx and its README updated to support rendering/downloading square logomark variants (standard + light) alongside existing lockups
- Regenerated static/brand SVG outputs (including new posthog-logomark-square.svg) to match the new generation pipeline
- Chatbot mockup fixtures (typecaast JSON) now reference the new square logomark asset for avatars

What were the main changes
- Site-wide migration of ~40 components/pages from the local
components/Logo(props: wordmark, fill, stacked, code) to@posthog/brand/logo(props: layout, variant, color, width) - Fonts.css font-face src URLs updated to load RoundHog fonts from the @posthog/brand package instead of Cloudinary, with adjusted font-weight scale
- Removed unused/dead
Logoimports left over from earlier refactors in several files (FounderNote, ColoringBook, Home/Index, Presentation templates, Start, Whitepaper, about.tsx) - useCustomers.tsx replaces the custom PostHogLogo SVG component with static /brand logo URLs and introduces a shared CustomerLogo type
- cool-tech-jobs.tsx, dpa.tsx and r/ai-observability.tsx swap bespoke PostHog logo components/markup for direct /brand static asset references with proper alt text
- pages/components/index.tsx demo/reference page updated to reflect the new Logo API (layout instead of wordmark/stacked/code)
- TracesComparisonTable.tsx also refactors the featureRow helper signature alongside the Logo import update

Does quite a few things:
@posthog/brand/logo, replaces all instances with updated brandRoundHogfrom the@posthog/brandpackage directly@posthog/brandpackage rather that using static asset links, but static asset links are still used by external and internal sources and should be maintained. This keeps them in sync with the brand package.Add screenshots or screen recordings for visual / UI-focused changes.
